With a capital of €20,000, it operates under the trade name "Risk & Ops" and has had a subsidiary in Casablanca, Morocco, Risk & Ops Africa, since 2020. Risk & Ops is one of the leaders in the French market for security risk prevention and management. We operate in France and abroad, including in degraded areas. Our service offering is structured around three domain of expertise: • Security of property and people, • Economic intelligence, • Business integrity. In the domain of business intelligence and business integrity, we are involved in the study of investment target companies, the study of business practices (within the framework of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and SAPIN 2 obligations), support for legal action, competitive studies, the fight against internal fraud, unfair competition cases, and highly targeted studies of third parties impacting company operations.
